Precision Testing for Sarawak's Infrastructure

1. The customer shall provide sufficient samples for any required laboratory testing.

2. The customer shall submit a booking via this form or any other applicable medium prior to any testing.

3. Testing bookings must be completed at least 24 hours before the actual test time onsite.

4. All laboratory reports will be issued within 3 working days after all tests (including laboratory tests) have been completed.

5. All test samples will be disposed of after the laboratory tests have been completed.

6. All laboratory test reports will be kept for a period of 6 months only after the date the report is issued.

7. Any late payment shall be subject to a charge of 5% per annum. The Company reserves the right to take legal action for any outstanding payment, and all legal costs incurred shall be fully borne by the customer.

8. The report shall only be released upon receipt of a minimum seventy percent (70%) advance payment of the total invoiced amount. The remaining balance shall be settled in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

9. Waiting charge: the first 30 minutes is free. Charges apply after 1 hour from the initial 30 minutes, at a rate of RM100 per hour.

10. In the event of site cancellation, mobilisation and demobilisation charges shall still apply.

11. Mobilisation charges may vary in accordance with prevailing market rates.

12. All prices are inclusive of 8% SST and are subject to the stated terms and conditions.

13. All documents and information shall be treated as confidential to protect the Company and its customers.

14. Final test reports are endorsed by a Professional Engineer (PEPC).
